Dear LATTC Faculty, Staff, and Students:
Recall at the heart of our new Strategic and Educational Master Plans is increasing student success–and The Pathway for Academic, Career, and Transfer Success (PACTS) framework as a vehicle for doing so. PACTS at LATTC is a sequence of instructional programs and services designed to provide students with the competencies they need to successfully access a college education, complete a certificate/degree, transfer, and/or obtain a career that pays family-supporting wages and offers opportunities for advancement and growth.
The PACTS Framework is comprised of four distinct tiers representing competencies students need to succeed in their unique college and career goal(s). Each competency can be thought of as a “building block” of student success. This survey will ask your opinion on the importance of different competencies on Tier 1 and Tier 2 of the framework.
It is important for EVERYONE…faculty, staff, students…EVERYONE to participate in the survey to help the college to identify the most critical competencies needed for student success.
The length and time that it will take you to complete the survey will vary as you are provided with the option to skip some questions. Completing the entire survey will take no more than 20 minutes.
