Reverend Chip Murray Honored at the Black History Luncheon

The Reverend Cecil “Chip” Murray former pastor of the First AME church, joined us for our annual Black History Month luncheon. He talked about battling the poverty of character as well as the poverty of pocket. He talked about LA’s history of faith-based work and some of the victories that have occurred.  He also said there is much work still to be done.
