Food Industry Business Roundtable Honors Trade Tech
The Food Industry Business Roundtable has regarded Los Angeles Trade-Technical College as one of the best culinary arts programs in the state. Every year FIBR hold its awards at Trade Tech, and this year the college and its culinary department chair Steve Kasmar were honored.
