Outreach services include information tables, presentations, application workshops, financial aid workshops, educational planning, and more.

Description of Services
“It’s All Here” Pathway Presentation
Your students will be given a brief overview by an outreach representative of the 9 academic pathways and student services offered at Los Angeles Trade Technical College. The presentation will also provide information on the steps of enrollment. (Estimated time: 45 minutes)
An outreach representative will assist students with applying to Los Angeles Trade Technical College for the upcoming semester in your internet-ready computer lab. A minimum of 10 students must be in attendance to provide an Application Workshop. (Estimated time: 1 hour)
An outreach representative will set up a table with literature about the services offered at Los Angeles Trade Technical College and will answer questions students may have. This service may also be provided on a scheduled basis (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) if requested. (Estimated time: Varies)
Financial Aid Information Session
Students will be given a brief overview of available Federal and State Financial Aid and the application process by a Financial Aid or outreach representative. (Estimated time: 30-45 mins)
FAFSA/Dream Act Application
Lab A Financial Aid or outreach representative will assist students and parents to complete the FAFSA or DREAM Act application and will answer questions students may have. The workshop will be facilitated in your internet-ready computer lab. (Estimated time: Varies)
