Science Technology Academy

The Science Technology Academy is funded by US Department of Education’s  Title V–HSI STEM grant and has special program eligibility requirements.

Earn College Credits in 5-weeks!

Qualified high school students (10th-12th graders) will be able to participate in the summer Science Technology Academy.  Students in the academy will be able to participate in hand-on projects that integrate science and mathematics. Projects such as building Go-Carts, designing buildings and much more!

 STEM Tutors will be available to assist students through-out the academy.

Science Technology Classes:

• Biology
• Chemistry (Requires proof of completion of 1 year of high school Algebra)
• Construction and Green Technology
• Fashion Technology
• Welding Technology
• Transportation Technology

Orientations (Required) Thursdays @ 5:30pm

• All orientation dates have passed
