As the Los Angeles Trade-Technical College r, I would like to welcome you and invite you to contact my office. The Office of College Compliance ensures Los Angeles Trade-Technical College’s commitment to providing quality education and equal opportunity employment to all the communities it serves by maintaining an environment free from harassment and discrimination.

The Compliance Officer develops and implements policies and procedures associated with state and federal law, American with Disabilities Act, discrimination and sexual harassment issues and also provides oversight of federal compliance that includes monitoring recruitment, retention, and promotion of diversity.

The Office investigates and resolves or recommends resolution of discrimination complaints; serves as a resource to faculty on relevant issues; and coordinates employee support programs and faculty training workshops.
