Rental of college facilities

 STEP ONE – Reservation of Facility

  • Requests for use of facilities must be submitted at least four weeks in advance of the event.
  • A 10% deposit fee will be required along with the reservation.

STEP TWO – Coordination

  • As needed, joint meetings between the requestor and the College’s staff will be scheduled to coordinate event’s logistical needs.

STEP THREE- Contract

  • Upon receiving the non-refundable application fee, a Civic Center Permit/Permit for Use will be generated by the college.

STEP FOUR – Certificate of Insurance and Balance Payment

  • A Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 naming LATTC as additional insured is required for all rentals. As follows: Los Angeles Trade-Technical College, 400 West Washington Blvd., Los Angeles, CA  90007.
  • The rental charge balance must be paid with a cashier’s or certified check or money order at least ten (10) days in advance of first day of usage.
  • Cancellation: To receive a full refund, a notice of event cancellation must be received at least five (5) days in advance. No refund will be made otherwise.

Non-compliance with this section may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the event.
