Students must be enrolled full time (12 units or more). Other eligibility requirements apply and are different for each scholarship. Applications are available on the campus website. The deadline for all general campus scholarships is December 16, 2011. All scholarships will be awarded in the Spring 2012 semester.

The Program provides grants to encourage students to enter the field of child care and development in a licensed children’s center. Students enrolled or plan to enroll in 6 units of coursework leading to a Child Development Permit are eligible to apply. Go to www.csac.ca.gov. Select “Financial Aid Programs”, then “Child Development Grant Program”. The postmark  deadline to submit applications to the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC)  is June 15, 2011. Students with questions should see the campus Child Development Program Coordinator in Room K-203.
