Days of Dialogue (DoD)

The Days of Dialogue (DoD) are usually scheduled on the third Thursday of each month. The intent of these sessions is to dialogue and receive feedback about important student success topics, such as: student outcomes, student equity, academic quality, institutional effectiveness, and continuous improvement of student learning and achievement.

February 2016 – Faculty Effectiveness and Engagement Day 

On February 25 2016, all college faculty engaged in a Faculty Effectiveness and Engagement Day. The goals for the day were: (1) launch implementation of the Quality Focus Essay (QFE); (2) launch the instructional program review process with emphasis on looking at overall program effectiveness; (3) update faculty on progress pertaining to the Strategic Educational Master Plan (SEMP), PACTS and timing of mission statement updates.

January 2016 – College-wide Accreditation Winter Fest 

During the month of January 2016, every Thursday from 2pm to 4pm college employees engaged in accreditation meetings to enhance their knowledge about the contents of the self evaluation and its alignment with College activities and planning.
