Our Role at LATTC…

Support the College’s needs with regard to the distribution and exchange of information using web-based technology. Services include the College Website, Shared Governance site, and various independent websites.

More About This Department…

The role of the department is to support the needs of the College’s website, rather than manage the actual information/data therein. It is important that the individual departments, services, and committees update their own content, or notify us of updates via the Website Trouble Ticket form. There are also forms to update Phone Directory and Online Class Schedule. The website provides support for all processes of students, as it connects
the student with information for each; from On-Boarding (getting started) to finding transfer information.

Committee Site Work Group Meetings

  • Group Members:  Web Gatekeepers designated by committee or VP to update a committee website (generally either division secretary or committee secretary)
  • Current Schedule: 3rd Tuesday 10:30am-12pm in TE-406 (first half discussion, second half training/assistance)

Website Work Group Meetings

  • Group Members:  Web Gatekeepers and Web Managers of the Department and Services Sites
